PURPOSE: A device for embodying a fairy tale is provided to increase an education effect by making a user, that is, an infant explain a screen on a monitor, thereby improving an imaginative power, a language using ability, and creative power of the infant. CONSTITUTION: A central processing unit(11) operates a key input unit and selectively generates a video data generation signal, a sound data generation signal, a voice modulation generation signal, and a melody generation signal by an inputted signal. A screen data storing unit(13) stores screen data comprising video data and sound data, divides the video data into a synchronizing signal and a video signal by the video data generation signal, and converts the sound data into a sound signal which outputs an effect sound by the sound data generation signal. A video signal generating unit(15) synchronizes the video signal to the synchronizing signal being inputted through the central processing unit(11), and makes a screen is outputted in a monitor. An effect sound generating unit(17) receives the sound signal through the central processing unit(11) and generates an effect sound corresponded to the screen being displayed on the monitor. A voice modulation unit(19) receives the voice modulation generation signal from the central processing unit(11) and modulates/outputs a voice being inputted through a mike. A sound synthesis unit(23) synthesizes the effect sound with the modulated voice, and outputs the sound to a speaker.
