PRODUCTION PROCESS OF STRONG MAGNETIC POWDER WITH NANO SIZE

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of strong magnetic powder with nano size which produces strong magnetic powder with nano size for devices so that it is widely utilized in ultrafine high density recording media or a high sensitive sensor. CONSTITUTION: The production process of strong magnetic powder with nano size comprises the steps of: (i) forming a thin film of magnetic substances on a substrate; (ii) treating by heat to separate the thin film as strong magnetic substance system and non-magnetic substance system by phase; and (iii) treating the firstly-treated thin film to vaporize non-magnetic substance system or combine with strong magnetic substance system for growing strong magnetic substance system with nano size on the substrate.
