PURPOSE: A self-cooling method for beverage and self-cooling beverage container is provided to achieve improved self-cooling efficiency for beverage by using an endothermic reaction material rather than refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A self-cooling beverage container(100) comprises an outer case(10) having a stud(16) with a closed outlet, which has a storage space and stores a predetermined amount of beverage in the storage space; an inner case(20) accommodated into the stud, which has an end exposed to a bottom surface(11) of the outer case, and inner space divided into two small areas by a divider plate(50); and a divider plate separating bar(40) penetrating through the inner case, which has an end exposed to a bottom surface(60) of the inner case and the other end contacting the divider plate, wherein the divider plate separating bar separates the divider plate from the inner case by moving the other end contacting the divider plate when an external force is applied to the end exposed to the bottom surface of the inner case. An endothermic reaction induction solution is stored in one of two small areas of the inner case, and an endothermic reaction material is stored in the other small area.
