PURPOSE: A method for managing a restaurant for preventing dementia is provided to supply various foods for preventing dementia of a client in a restaurant by changing a kind of food every two days. CONSTITUTION: A mackerel/saury food as a roast fish(1), a bean-mixed rice(5), an egg, a pumpkin seed, etc. as a food containing a lot of vitamin E(2), and a mung beans, a crown daisy, a cucumber, and a comfrey as a food containing a lot of vitamin C(3) are prepared as a menu on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. A tuna/spanish mackerel/herring food as a roast fish(1), a bean-boiled in soy sauce as a food containing a lot of vitamin E(2), and a green tea boiled rice(4), a carrot, a cucumber, a crown daisy, and a green tea as a food containing a lot of vitamin C(3) are prepared as a menu on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. In addition, a butterbur and a mallow are prepared each day as a calcium food(7). As a seasoning, a functional refined salt(6) is used. Also, a curry, an aspirin, and a ginkgo leaf essence are supplied. |
