A silver halide photographic sensitive material which has a reduced silver amount and is reduced in curling after development; and a photographic film and a photographic substrate which are for use in the material. The photographic film comprises a cellulose ester as the main component and has a thickness of 100 to 120 µm, and is characterized in that the film has a degree of stretching lower than 30% and a modulus of 4,000 MPa or lower, and that the cellulose ester has C2-4 acyl groups as substituents and satisfies both of the following relationships (I) and (II): Relationship (I): 2.45<=X+Y<=3.0 Relationship (II): 0<=X<=2.5 wherein X is the degree of substitution with acetyl and Y is the degree of substitution with propionyl or butyryl.
