PURPOSE: A cushion member for shoe sole which is excellent in shock absorption capacity and maintains high functionality by comprising a shock absorbing part and elastic part is provided which makes the shock absorption capacity and load distribution to be smoothly achieved. Therefore, the double air bag structure different in air density increases shock absorption and repulsive elasticity. CONSTITUTION: This cushion member is characterized in that it comprises a double air bag containing an outer air bag(20) in which air is filled in its inside and at least one inner air bag(10) which is contacted on an upper and lower surface along the longitudinal direction of the outer air bag forms a separate space part and is filled with air density lower than that of the outer air bag. And a metal rod(30) made of copper or aluminium is displaced at the interior of the inner air bag to flow a predetermined current, thereby achieving high-frequency adhesion of the outer air bag and inner air bag.
