PURPOSE: Provided is a cover for structures with attenuating power included which selects or piles up an attenuating material as shape, thickness, an authentic vibration mode and vibration number of the cover so that it reduces or blocks vibration or sound generated from the cover effectively. CONSTITUTION: The cover for the structures with attenuating power included is characterized by comprising the parts of: the cover(10) which is made of a steel-made thin plate and produced in a various form as the shape of the structures to cause difference of thermal expansion rate and strength between the cover and the attenuating material(20); and the attenuating material which consists of complex materials to prevent the modification of the cover by the difference of thermal expansion rate and strength between the cover and the attenuating material.
