APPARATUS FOR REMOVING TORCH SLAG OF SLAB

PURPOSE: A torch slag removing apparatus is provided to minimize a loss of utilities used for removing torch slag and to effectively remove torch slag by installing the torch slag removing apparatus on a roller table. CONSTITUTION: A torch slag removing apparatus removes torch slag formed on an upper surface of a slab(99) when the slab(99) is cut in a predetermined size. The torch slag removing apparatus includes a rotating roller(1) making contact with an upper surface of the slab(99). The rotating roller(1) is connected to a driving motor(70) through a transmission shaft(60). Both ends of the rotating roller(1) are rotatably supported by supporting shaft cylinders(2,3). A surface of the rotating roller is formed as a saw shape so as to effectively remove torch slag. The rotating roller(1) is positioned on a roller table(100) vertical to a conveying direction of the slab(99).
