PURPOSE: Provided is a method and a mold for producing shoe sole, by which it is possible to form a midsole and an outsole simply in a single mold and conduct adhesion without decolorization at the boundary line. CONSTITUTION: The method includes a first step of placing a material for an outsole(200) having a plurality of pores on a mold for an outsole mold provided with groove(114) and air passage(116); a second step of injecting a material for a midsole(300) comprising foamed E.V.A having a size greater than a mold for a midsole(120,130), followed by stacking the molds; a third step of placing the molds on a press and applying a predetermined pressure and heat, followed by rapidly cooling to adhere the midsole and the outsole; a forth step of removing the formed shoe sole, followed by cutting the margin at the boundary line between the midsole and the outsole.
