SUBSTANCE: electric motor has commutator and arc-control device incorporating plurality of digital capacitive members electrically connected to commutator and provided with respective first contact lead and second contact lead; first contact leads are electrically connected to respective commutator strips and second ones are electrically interconnected in star; arc-control device has at least one first connecting circuit and at least one second connecting circuit of larger diameter disposed coaxially to first connecting circuit.
