<p>A novel piperazine derivative which is suitable for use as a hardener or crosslinking agent; a polymeric solid electrolyte which is obtained with the piperazine derivative and has high ionic conductivity and electrochemical stability; and a secondary battery employing the polymeric solid electrolyte.
