PURPOSE: To provide an information-reproducing device, etc., which quickly corrects a reproduced program on the basis of correction data which are recorded on an information recording medium and corresponds exactly to troubles which are generated, based on the kinds of devices, etc. CONSTITUTION: In this information reproducing device to which a disk 10, on which the correction data is recorded is fitted, the loading of a ROM loader 16 is performed and thereafter, the correction data gain the region information which represents the corresponding regions. Thus, the correction data which are to be used for correcting the reproduced program are discriminated, on the basis of the region information under the control of CPU 15, thereafter, are read out of a read-out area or the outer peripheral part thereof, are held temporarily on a first RAM 17 or a second RAM 18, at the same time, are stored in a nonvolatile first flash memory 19 or a second flash memory 19 and thus corrects the reproduced program, on the basis of the correction data. Thereafter, user data which are recorded on the disk 10 are reproduced based on the reproduced program after the correction.
