PURPOSE: A cylinder head cover and cylinder head cover gasket test apparatus is provided to achieve improved sealing ability and durability of gasket by evaluating cold resistance, heat resistance and durability of gasket under the actual engine operation condition. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder head cover and cylinder head cover gasket test apparatus, comprises an air chamber(10) for storage of air; a cylinder head(11) installed within the air chamber; a cylinder head cover(12) covering the top of the cylinder head; a cylinder head cover gasket interposed between the cylinder head and the cylinder head cover, which seals the gap formed between the cylinder head and the cylinder head cover; an air feed pipe(20) arranged on the cylinder head in the cylinder head cover, which has a plurality of air holes(21) for permitting a compression air(A) to be introduced into an engine oil(Eo) existing between the air feed pipe and the cylinder head cover gasket.
