PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism analyzing system for specifying microorganism species by analyzing a signal of a DNA chip, and transmitting the analysis result. SOLUTION: This microorganism analyzing system is equipped with a control server 2 having a storage means 11 for storing microorganism information VI, an analysis software SS and microorganism-related information VR, a signal information reception means 12 for receiving signal information SI, an analysis means 13 for specifying the microorganism species, an extraction means 14 for extracting the microorganism-related information VR corresponding to the microorganism species, an alert information transmitting means 16 for transmitting alert information AI related to the microorganism species, a renewal means 17 for renewing the information in the storage means 11, and an analysis data transmission means 15 for replaying analysis data SD, and is also equipped with a client side terminal having a reading means for reading the signal, a signal information transmission means for transmitting the signal information, an analysis data reception means for receiving the analysis data SD, and a client side output control means for outputting the analysis data SD.
