PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilation member capable of promoting working efficiency and, at the same time, reducing the number of components to execute cost reduction. SOLUTION: The underfloor ventilation member 50 is constituted by including a fixed section 51, a connecting section 52, a contact section 53 and a throating section 54. Thereby, the ventilation of an underfloor space can be made by a venting hole 52C of the connecting section 52 by only setting one underfloor ventilation member 50 between a strip footing 11 and a first floor building unit 20A and, at the same time, a waterdrop or the like reaching the lower through the surface of an external wall material 47 of the first floor building unit 20A by the throating section 54 can be made to flow down to the ground without coming round the strip footing 11 side. Accordingly, since the effects of the ventilation and the throating can be obtained by only using one underfloor ventilation member 50, the number of components can be reduced to execute cost reduction. Since mounting work to a unit building is completed at one time, working efficiency can be promoted.
