PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation work vehicle having a function allowing an excavation work part to extend radially from a turning center and operate on a center line in the vehicle body longitudinal direction without complicating the structure. SOLUTION: This excavation work vehicle having a boom 7 whose raising/ lowering center is offset from the turning center A of a revolving superstructure 3 to one side in the width direction is so constituted that an arm 8 and an arm raising/lowering drive means (arm cylinder 13) are parallel attached to the boom 7 offset in the width direction side opposite to the offset direction of the boom 7.
