PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure and mounting method of reforming sash frame capable of enhancing the waterproofing property between an existing sash frame and a reforming sash frame. SOLUTION: A bed frame 4 is mounted on the existing sash frame 3 mounted on the opening part 2 of a building skeleton 1, and the reforming sash frame 5 is mounted on the bed frame 4. A first watertight member 37 is provided between the bed frame 4 and the reforming sash frame 5 in close contact with the bed frame 4 and the reforming sash frame 5. A second watertight member 22 is provided between the bed frame 4 and the existing sash 3 in close contact with the bed frame 4 and the existing sash frame 3.
