PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple distribution system that distributes in expensive pay streaming data. SOLUTION: The distribution system is provided with a streaming server function that has a plurality of streaming data resulting from encoding one of contents by each band and encrypted by one key and distributes the streaming data of a band desired by a user and with a charging server function that distributes a decryption key for the data encrypted by the one key.
