PURPOSE: A hair solution for color change and a hair setting solution containing it are provided to change the hair color easily with the solution according to temperature and the UV light by the change of arrangement of the liquid crystal in the solution. CONSTITUTION: The solution comprises: liquid crystal powder(2) capsulized to 5-15μm by emulsifying and capsulizing the 15-35wt.% based on the whole solution of the liquid crystal; and solubilizer(3) composed of 65-85wt.% of the dye with a certain color, methyl alcohol and the dispersant.
