PURPOSE: Provided is a back sheet for the sanitary products such as diapers which saves the cost and enhances the touching feeling when used by bonding water resistant film only for the necessary part. CONSTITUTION: The method of preparation comprises: a step of coating the sanitary product of the non-woven fabric(110) with adhesive; a bonding step of water resistant film(120) with the same size and number of the adhesives to the adhesives coated on the non-woven fabric(110) and a step of cutting the non-woven fabric between the film(120) uniformly.
