PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable resin composition composed of (RS)-1- methyl-2-nitro-3-[(3-tetrahydrofuryl)methyl]guanidine and a biodegradable resin and used for release-control of an agrochemical, where the activity of the agrochemical is sustained and the labor in forming is saved. SOLUTION: This biodegradable resin composition contains (RS)-1-methyl-2- nitro-3-[(3-tetrahydrofuryl)methyl]guanidine, an aliphatic polyester, a dispersing auxiliary and a decomposition promoter.
