PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the workload of an editor, and to relax the constraints of the terminals of a writer and the editor. SOLUTION: A text base original template is prepared by an editing terminal 2, and distributed through a network 100 by an electronic mail, and originals are prepared based on the original template received by the electronic mail by a plurality of writing terminals 11-1n, and transmitted to the editing terminal 2 by the electronic mail. Then, those originals from the writing terminals 11-1n are edited into one document file by the editing terminal 2. |
