PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage monitoring circuit capable of changing a monitored voltage and resetting to the original monitored voltage with simple operation when confirming the operation of a device. SOLUTION: This voltage monitoring circuit 5 has a mode setting circuit 52 for outputting a mode signal indicating whether the device is in a normal operation mode or in an operation confirmation mode; a voltage regulation circuit 53 for changing the output voltage regulation circuit 53 for changing the output voltage of a power source 2 in the device according to the mode signal outputted by the mode setting circuit 52; and a voltage detecting circuit 51 for monitoring the output voltage of the power source 2 in the device. The voltage detecting circuit 51 is constituted to change the monitored voltage in monitoring the output voltage of the power source 2 in the device according to the mode signal outputted from the mode setting circuit 52.
