MOLD FOR FORMING SHELL BLOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of molding a T-shaped or cross-shaped shell block in a plan view having a narrow-width core die in the mold forming a concrete block to be a shell of a work. SOLUTION: This mold is provided with a die body disposed with multiple projections on the bottom surface and the core die 1 disposed with an insertion tip surface 5a in the upper surface of the projections. The core die 1 is provided with the insertion tip plate 5 formed of a flexible metal plate and a core side plate 4 with their tip sides mutually connected by the insertion tip plate and opposed at narrow intervals. A reinforced plate group 10 in the rear surface of the core side plate 4 includes a pair of a reinforcing plate 10a provided in one side plate 4a and a reinforcing plate 10 provided in the other side plate 4b by displaced perpendicularly to its surface. The insertion tip pate 5 having flexibility can be removed from the mold by squeezing the core side plate 4. The mutually perpendicularly displaced reinforcing plates 10a and 10b make it possible to attach a tall reinforcing plate 10 applying a sufficient strength to the core side plate 4.
