PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve burden on checking the recording omission on a time card. SOLUTION: Time total data recorded in an electronic time recorder are taken-in to a computer and processed by a time total program The amount of time data at each date is checked by the time total program and, then, a mark of star which indicates the recording omission is displayed on a corresponding line when a punched time per day is an odd number. Then correct time data are inputted to a blank be where recording is missed, an 'updating' tab is clicked and, then, a correction result is reflected on a time total result and a salary calculation result.
