PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate flow or the like on the face pressed by a frame when junctioning the frame to constitute a vacuum container of an image forming device and a substrate. SOLUTION: A frit glass is coated on the rear plate (a), a frame member is arranged on the frit glass (e), and a protective member is arranged at a part to be planned to face with a face plate of this frame member (f), and after the frame member is pressed by the protective member, the frit glass is softened, thereby the frame member is jointed with the rear plate.
