GEARED MOTOR, TOILET SEAT, AND TOILET SEAT LID DRIVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geared motor having an urging means for supplementing the driving force and transmitting it to an output gear which can reduce the thickness of a part in the vicinity of an output shaft, a toilet seat and a toilet seat lid drive with excellent appearance and convenience. SOLUTION: The geared motor has a motor 53 and a power transmission gear train for transmitting the driving force of the motor 53 to the output shaft 70, and the power transmission gear train includes a transmission gear 63 for transmitting the driving force from the motor 53 to an output gear 64 integrated with the output shaft 70. An urging means 71 for supplementing the driving force and transmitting it to the output gear 64 is provided on the transmission gear 63. The transmission gear 63 has the diameter larger than that of the output gear 64 so as to increase the driving force and transmit the force to the output gear 64. The transmission gear 63 having the urging means 71 is an idling gear. This geared motor is used for the drive source of the toilet seat and the toilet seat lid drive.
