PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder wherein a visually handicapped person can readily recognize a position of each switch button by touching it as an able- bodied person does by seeing it and it is possible to prevent a person from accidentally operating an undesired switch or a lever when looking for a desired switch button by touching. SOLUTION: A switch button 5 is projected at a rear side of an opening section 4 of a top face section 3 of a housing 2 such that the switch button 5 can be pressed. A cover 11 is formed in a size capable of covering the whole outer face 20 of the top face 3 in the closed position and a button hole 13 is provided to a portion corresponding to the switch button 5. As a result, a user can press the switch button 5 by the finger through the button hole 13 by placing his or her hand on the outer face 20 of the cover 11 while the cover 11 is closed. |
