PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for manufacturing a concrete block capable of manufacturing PC blocks having different sizes or types by one form. SOLUTION: The form for manufacturing the concrete block comprises a base plate 1, a height position variable bottom plate 2 provided on the plate 1 via a height regulating mechanism 3, a pair of side boards 5 having the same width as that of the plate 2 and detachably provided on the plate 2, and a pair of side plates 4 openably and closably provided at both lateral sides of the plate 2 so that inside surfaces of the boards 5 can be closely contacted with the lateral edges of the plate 2 and the lateral edges of the plates 5 in a form closed state. Thus, the form can manufacture the PC blocks having the different thicknesses and the same type by changing the height position of the plate 2 by the mechanism 3. Further, the form can manufacture the PC blocks of the same type having different lengths by changing the position of the side board on the plate 2. The form can manufacture the PC blocks of the two types necessary in the case of building a culvert by the one form by replacing the board 5 with another one.
