PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control air pressure in a vehicular tire by a gage pressure base. SOLUTION: This air pressure regulator is provided with a filling air chamber 32 filled up with air filled into an air chamber 31, and an air pressure automatic-regulating valve 1 for filling the air from the filling air chamber 32 into the air chamber 31 base on differential pressure between pressure in the chamber 31 and atmospheric pressure. The automatic regulating valve 1 is provided with a valve member 2 of which the one end part is penetrated through the first partitioning wall 11, of which the other end part 3a is penetrated through the second partitioning wall 12, and which is advanced and retreated based on gage pressure, and a valve part 4 in the one end part of the valve member 2 opens and closes a space between the air chamber 31 and the filling air chamber 32 by operating the valve member 2 based on the gage pressure, so as to fill the air from the filling air chamber 32 into the air chamber 31.
