PURPOSE: To increase the strength of a hollow flat plate molding by stacking sheet moldings and press-bonding them without crushing the hollow part. CONSTITUTION: In the manufacture of a hollow flat plate electrode substrate having gas flow paths on the inside for constituting a unit cell of an SOFC, rod-shaped bodies 8 are arranged in an interposed shape on the inside of a flat plate stacked body 3011 of ceramic sheets used in an electrode material of a solid electrolyte fuel cell. After the flat plate stacked body 3011 was heat bonded, the rod-shaped bodies 8 are taken out to form the hollow flat plate electrode substrate. |
