SOLID PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION OF GASTRIC SUSPENDING TYPE AND METHOD OF PREPARATION FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple pharmaceutical preparation of gastric suspending type without necessitating a complicated preparatory design or a design of a compounding agent, especially a solid sustained release pharmaceutical preparation of gastric suspending type supplying a therapeutically effective amount of a drug for a long-term. SOLUTION: This solid pharmaceutical preparation of gastric suspending type is composed of (A) a suspending type preparation part including an expanding type polymer molecule expanded by a low temperature plasma processing and (B) a pharmaceutical preparation part containing a medicament. The solid sustained release pharmaceutical preparation of gastric suspending type is preferably obtained by locating the suspending type preparation part (A) outside of the pharmaceutical preparation part (B).
