PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate observation without having unrequired colors added in observation with near infrared rays and to perform the observation just with the signals of an R channel sensitive to the near infrared rays when using a single television camera for both infrared ray observation and visible light observation. SOLUTION: From an image pickup means, RGB signals are outputted as television signals for acquiring color images, and R+Sync signals in which C-Sync which is a horizontal vertical synchronization signal is added to R signals by an adder or an analog switch or the like are outputted as the television signals for observing moving images with the near infrared rays. |
