PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pay the cost for the construction of energy saving equipment by the amount of money saved by constructing the energy saving equipment for saving water, lighting and heating expenses. SOLUTION: This energy saving system with bond insurance is obtained by combining: a resource computing system for electronically processing an amount paid for the water, lighting and heating expenses during the previous year and data on a facility load and a consumption data with respect to the water, lighting and heating expenses to compute the whole energy saving amount per year; a construction cost computing system for electronically processing and computing the total construction cost for all the scheduled energy consumption equipment; a payment computing system based on a payment period for the installment payment of the construction cost from the computed resource; and an insurance premium computing system for compensating the shortage part of the resource. |
