PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure with a solar battery module, capable of simplifying the fixing structure of the solar battery module against strong wind and preventing deterioration of a solar cell module by an alkali solution, flowing over concrete surface. SOLUTION: The solar battery module 101 is fixed close to an upper surface of a concrete trestle 102. The module 101 comprises a cover 104, formed on the upper surface of the trestle of a water of opposite flow direction side and a width direction both side of at least the module 101.
