SOLUTION: An inhabitant terminal device 1 has a means for accessing a public office server 2 to input consultation information, a means for receiving answer information from the server 2, a means for inputting temporary declaration information to the server 2 and a means for downloading and printing out consultation history information and the temporary tax return information registered in the server 2. An answering stuff terminal device 3 has a means for accessing the server 2 to obtain unanswered consultation information and a means for inputting answer information to the server 2. A declaration reception stuff terminal device 4 has a means for transmitting declaration information prepared based on the temporary declaration information obtained from the server 2. The server 2 has a means for registering the consultation information and answer information as the consultation history information, a means for reporting the answer information received from the device 3 to the device 1 and a means for registering the temporary declaration information and final declaration information.</p> |
