NOTICE BROADCAST METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notice broadcast with a higher degree of freedom and a simplified configuration that relieves a load on a notice broadcast server in the case of making notice broadcast via an IP network. SOLUTION: The notice broadcast server 101 attaches destination address information or reference information (attached information) useful for reproduction of a voice packet at a terminal to voice packet data and distributes the information to all terminals so as to allow a terminal 104 to perform voluntary and desirable reproduction by selectively referring to the attached information. Thus, the server makes a notice broadcast to a plurality of destination terminals with a simple protocol without the need for mounting the protocol such as the IGMP(Internet Group Management Protocol).
