PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal that transmits/receives information, by selecting an antenna whose reception state is proper. SOLUTION: An antenna switching control section 16 conducts 1st switching control to select a connected antenna for rise period of a burst signal for each reception period, decides the connected antenna for the reception period, on the basis of the reception level, before and after the switching and conducts 2nd switching control to replace the connected antenna with the antenna decided, when the decided antenna differs from the connected antenna at that time. Thus, the mobile communication terminal can conduct communication with an antenna whose reception state is best for each reception period.
