PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PLL circuit that can utilize a voltage-controlled oscillator VCO having large manufacturing dispersion and obtain a wide available temperature range. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 4 stores a reference relation between a control voltage and an oscillated frequency of the VCO 3 and controls the power supply voltage of the VCO 3, by driving a power supply control circuit 5 on the basis of the comparison between the reference relation and a present relation between a present control voltage and a present oscillating frequency.
