METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF NEPHROPTOSIS

FIELD: medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: one should cut rectangular fragment out of renal fascia. At maximal renal shift upwards a fragment is sutured to anterior renal surface. Fascial sheath is narrowed by suturing prerenal peritoneal fascia and that of square lumbar muscle. Excessive parts of prerenal fascia and that of square lumbar muscle should be sutured. The method provides combined nephropexy. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 dwg, 1 ex
