PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a loudspeaker that can omit screws for fixing a holder and so on for mounting the speaker to reduce the material cost, simplify operations for mounting the loudspeaker, and reduce vibration from the loudspeaker. SOLUTION: The structure comprises a rubber 3, a cushioning material between a top 2a of a loudspeaker 2 and a top base 3a of the rubber 3, and cushioning materials 5 between holding pieces 3c of the rubber 3 and an end edge of the loudspeaker 2. The rubber 3 has the top base 3a for covering the top 2a of the loudspeaker 2 which is mounted and fixed on an opening edge 1a of a cabinet 1, legs 3b extending in three directions from the top base 3a to the cabinet 1, the holding pieces 3c which are provided on the ends of the legs 3b on the side of the cabinet 1 and hold the loudspeaker 2. Locking pieces 3f, having locking holes 3d to be hooked on hooks 1b, are provided respectively on the ends of the legs 3b of the rubber 3, and the hooks 1b are provided at prescribed points of the cabinet 1.
