<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that it is ambiguous and inaccurate to individually store, preserve and record health information of a person and that an individual burden is large. SOLUTION: A microprocessor, an indicator 2, keys for various selection operations 4 to 7 and microphone/speaker 3 for voice recording and reproduction are mounted on a device main body 1. Individual health information can be selectively inputted with key operation and display switching of the indicator, and inputted information is stored and displayed on the indicator. A part input key 7 designates and inputs a part where a symptom appears on the basis of difference of operation position of a push button with a pattern of a human body image and a push button switch provided at each part of the human body image. The microphone for voice recording and the speaker for reproduction store individual health information with voice input by the microphone, and the health information is reproduced by voice with the speaker. A medical term database is included, and disease name terms, symptom terms and their meaning are selectively displayed on the indicator and stored as individual health information.</p> |
