SUBSTANCE: method involves providing calendaring of covering layer onto nonwoven glued fabric of viscose and dacron fiber, which is glued with binder based on acrylic emulsion and vinyl chloride copolymers. Covering layer is formed of rubber mixture comprising, wt%: ethylene-propylene rubber 46.15; chlorosulfonated polyethylene 5.13; commercial carbon 30.77; kaolin 10.26; stearic acid 1.03; chloroparaffin 4.1; oligoester acrylate 2.56. Prior to calendaring, first layer is surrounded with second layer with following exposing of assembly to radiation with fast-moving electron beam. Material produced by method may be used as roofing for residential, public and industrial buildings and constructions in moderate climatic zone.
