SOLUTION: A customer management system 10 for storing and retrieving customer information consists of a customer terminal 12, a business terminal 14, a distributed information means (16), a terminal 18 for a related company and the Internet 20. The means 16 consists of a customer Web means 22 which is to be accessed by a customer, a database storage means 24 for storing the customer information, a customer information collecting means 26 for transferring the customer information from the means 22 to the means 24 for storing it and a business Web means 28 for allowing a business person to retrieve the database. |
