PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily peel a slider from a suspension. SOLUTION: One joining member 4 varying in melting point is joined to a bonding pad 2a of the slider 2 and the one joining member 4 and a bonding pad 1a of the suspension 1 are joined by another joining member 6. The other joining member 6 is melted by heating, by which the slider 2 is peeled from the suspension 1 while the one joining member 4 is held stuck to the slider 2.
