PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum electrolytic capacitor excellent in heat radiation capable of resolving a deterioration problem of an electrical characteristic caused by heat developed in a capacitor for overcurrent. SOLUTION: The aluminum electrolytic capacitor comprises a metal case 1 containing a capacitor element with electrolytic solution for driving and sealing member for sealing an opening section of the metal case 1. An arrangement of integral heat radiation sections 3 formed by a plurality of projections on an external surface of the bottom of the metal enclosure 1 can radiate internal heat caused by overcurrent in the capacitor element to suppress deterioration of the characteristic, and provide the aluminum electrolytic capacitor excellent in heat radiation.
