PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture uniform spacer layers suitable for a multilayered structure disk at a high productivity. SOLUTION: A substrate 1 which is formed with a first information recording layer, a sheet 7 for spacers and a stamper 6 which is the matrix for the rugged patterns of a second information recording layer 4 are superposed on each other and are heated and pressurized. Then, the stamper 6 is peeled from the sheet 7 for spacers.
