PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a news distribution server to distribute realistic news by using a communication network. SOLUTION: The news distribution server is provided with an incident information receiving means to receive incident information, member ID information and category information from a user terminal, a distributing means to sort the incident information into one or a plurality of categories based on the category information and to distribute it to a user who accesses the new distribution server and a retrieving means to compare retrieval information from the user with the category information, to retrieve and distribute the incident information when the distributing means distributes the incident information.
