PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an appliance by which oxygen proven to be effective in physical strength maintenance and fatigue recovery can easily be breathed in and used and to set a supply route for the oxygen. SOLUTION: The oxygen is charged in a small-sized cylinder having lower pressure than high-pressure container regulations and the cylinder is stored in a container together with a governor, a solenoid valve, a timer, a sensor, a microcomputer, a power source, etc., to provide free the appliance by which a user can easily breathe in the oxygen to make a fatigue recovery or shake off sleepiness. A store obtains profit by vending machine type sale and supplies the oxygen bought at a specified store. The selling company for the oxygen sets a convenient route for the oxygen.
