FIELD: winding of thread-like materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices used in production of carbon threads and is designed for holding bobbins with provision of possibility of using bobbins with wide range of tolerance as to inner diameter. Proposed bobbin carrier has housing, rotary bushing, coil spring whose one end is coupled with housing, and other end, with bushing. When fitting bobbin on carrier, bushing is turned in direction of spring helix, thus maki9ng the spring twist and reduce its outer diameter.
